27 maj 2021 · Missing Apple Mobile Device Service on my Windows 10 PC. I am running iTunes version 12.10.2.3 and am unable to download pictures from my iPhone 8 to my PC. It always worked until about a year ago (probably less).

I have been on a few forums and uninstalled iTunes and associated programmes, reinstalled from the MS Store, tried different lightning cables and USB ports and all drivers are up to date. I have isolated the issue being the Apple mobile device service is missing from my Windows 10. Any ideas? I have no ideas.
21 kwi 2023 · Or do you click on the Universal serial bus controllers and try and find the missing "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver". None of this is obvious unless you are aware of what you are doing and are an expert on iPods and iTunes.
