I also use cash app, and they have an MTA boost where you save $1 per ride (but only valid once every 6 hours). If you’re only using subway for transit to work, then potentially you’re only paying $17.50 a week or $70 a month.
28 maj 2024 · I'm visiting NYC soon and planning to ride the subway using my contactless credit card with the OMNY system. I'll be travelling with my family (4 of us in total) and was planning to use my credit card to pay for all of us, as I understand you can use the same card for up to 4 riders.
So much faster than using a metro card! Just tried OMNY at Chambers St station, and it’s awesome. I have an iPhone and in the settings you can put a card to use for transit. That means you don’t have to authenticate or turn in the phone or press any buttons.
