30 sty 2024 · VF-1 is exclusively for the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 17mm F2.8 lens. Electronic Viewfinder cannot be used with an accessory mounted on the hot shoe. Viewfinders cannot be mounted on the camera because there is no accessory port. Please update the firmware version of the camera.

9 maj 2013 · Can the VF-2, suggested for use on the XZ-1, also be fully usable, and functional on the Oly E-PL2 as well? I currently have both cameras and would like NOT to have to purchase 2 EVFs. The LCD on one XZ-1 seems a bit more usable and reliable under sunny conditions, than that on my E-PL2.
The VF-2 refreshes quickly to minimize image ghosting on fast-moving subjects. Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology enables high-speed transfer of high-resolution images. Aspherical lenses ensure high resolution from center to edge.
Thankfully the diopter adjustment on the VF-2 extends from -3 to +1, rendering a clear image (for me) at it's extreme left setting. While it feels better with my glasses off, the EVF also works just fine with glasses on, so long as I squint (second eye closed).
