Being a dual-slot card, the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT draws power from 1x 6-pin + 1x 8-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 250 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x HDMI 2.1, 3x DisplayPort 1.4a. Radeon RX 6750 XT is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x16 interface.
700W is more than sufficient for that setup. 3600 is a 65W CPU, Radeon 6750 XT is what 250W (say 270W if AIB). 700W is fine. I run an overclocked 3700x with an RX 6800 that's also overclocked with the power slider maxed at +10% through AMD software and it's fine on my 750W.
AMD recommends a 650W PSU minimum for the RX6750 XT as you know. I would not try and run it on a 550W PSU. It might work ok for a while but you over tax the PSU doing so which could lead to damage, premature part failure, and even fires.
