I've been using a 4K OLED Thinkpad P1G2 for almost 3 years now. The screen is usually on for 8+ hours a day with mostly static office-y elements. The screens near-black uniformity was sorta terrible out of the box and has maybe gotten a bit worse now, but no noticeable burn in.

Burn in on an OLED display can be mitigated to a decent amount just by going old-school and using a screensaver (that's literally what they're designed to prevent), and hiding your taskbar for the rest of the time (which can be done via a setting you don't need some program to do it).
