I just got got with an enigma sound system. The one I got works but is farm from brand new and wireless. The Bluetooth actually works but to be able to tell if the speakers work I’ll have to cut the wire it came with and connect them.
They have a legit website with an MSRP, also reviews on consumer report sites but nothing else, you cannot purchase their products from a website, the consumer report sites link you back to the MSRP site with no options to purchase.
7 gru 2020 · I originally bought the system so that I could change the TV and still have decent sound. Now I appreciate it is really old but can anyone tell me if it is worth keeping the speakers and buying a new receiver or should I go down the soundbar route.
Anyone familiar with old Sony SAVA-500 surround sound speakers? Review/Discussion. I'm thinking of picking up an old, used set up and I'm wondering what I should expected. They've gotta be at least 10 years old. Anyone have any experience with it? How is it for a budget (<$100) surround sound system? Also, I have sort of a stupid question..
22 maj 2009 · There are three different audio outputs which you can use on the Sky HD box: Stereo analogue; Digital optical; Digital coaxial; Both the optical and digital coaxial can be used to transfer 5.1 surround sound (where available) from the HD box to the surround unit, so if you're system has an input for either of these I'd recommend using one of them.
15 lip 2016 · The Sony receiver is old, doesn't have any HDMI inputs, and can't decode HD Audio (Dolby TrueHD, DTS-MA, etc). It might be ok for a back bedroom or someplace else like that but not for your primary HTS. The Onkyo would be a much better choice and easily upgradeable as far as the speakers go.
21 sty 2011 · Based on this experience, my $.02 is to see if you can find decent vintage speakers on Craigslist or at thrifts or yard sales. I've decided to use my Sonys as the front speakers in a 5.1 surround system, since they sound better than our in-wall speakers in that application. That's probably more what they were designed for anyway.
