A registered voter may request a Vote-by-Mail ballot online, by telephone, mail, email, fax, or in person, to be mailed to or picked up by the voter. Requests may be made up until twelve (12) days prior to election day. Once Early Voting starts, ballots may only be picked up due to emergency.
