If an approver (manager or data steward) is not available and you have tried contacting them via Microsoft Teams, OHSU email and Identity & Access Manager system, submit a ticket through the ITG Support portal.

The portal allows you to use OHSU programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Oracle Applications, Employee Self Service, Worklist Approvals, UKG Kronos, Smart Web) with a web browser.
