All PEPO and OME appointment requests must be submitted via email to OHP@hr.lacounty.gov except for Fitness-for-Life Examinations (FFL). All PEPO and OME medical examinations require a work order completed by an authorized departmental representative and emailed to the contracted occupational health clinic.
