MyCare Ohio is a managed care program designed to coordinate care for Ohioans who receive both Medicaid and Medicare benefits. Through the program, MyCare Ohio members will receive all their medical, behavioral, and long-term services and supports. Next the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) will review the responses to the RFA.
You can complete renewals and upload documents on your Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal (SSP) account. Log in or create a new account at ssp.benefits.ohio.gov . Renewal information can also be mailed to your local JFS office or dropped off in person.
If you need to replace your managed care ID card, please contact your MCO directly or use their online member portal. Your MCO will also send you information on your doctors, health services, and the scope of your plan's coverage.
