9 kwi 2014 · Download oblivion mod manager, install and open it. Then download the patches that come in a .zip, press "Create", then "Add Archive" and choose each .zip and repeat for each. When this is done, activate the mod (in this case, the patch) you just added to OBMM by pressing its name and install it.
