12 lip 2023 · Despite being inundated with fake sellers and accounts, Amazon is surprisingly diligent in policing its marketplace: if it sees a spike in reports, it will remove a seller's privileges without hesitation. To combat this, fake sellers play the numbers game and run multiple accounts at a time.
The rights owner must file a complaint if they want Amazon to act. eBay also does not have to act to even process a complaint unless they are notified by the RO. The easiest and cheapest way to report this is to have the rights owner do so through the Amazon Brand registry complaint tool.
