Please fill out the appropriate form, obtain all required signatures, and return the form to the Office of the University Registrar. If any forms are due to the Office of the University Registrar on any of the dates listed on the academic calendar, they must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline.
Important Information for Students. You must be actively enrolled in the semester you graduate. If permission was granted to Study Elsewhere (ZREG 101), please make sure that transcripts are sent to the Office of the University Registrar. You cannot graduate with active ZREG hours.
