It is now officially available, but only for Cloud gaming (Game Pass games), not remote play. I'm about to follow OP's instructions so I can play other games from my Quest 3 because I've enjoyed the experience with their official app so much.
12 kwi 2023 · The easiest way to get an Oculus Quest streaming is to connect your Xbox up to your Windows computer. You can then use the virtual desktop feature to cast it over to the Oculus Quest. Alternatively, you can side-load the Game Pass app onto your Oculus Quest.
You can stream basically all of xbox game pass through the cloud with Game Pass Ultimate. Therefore, if I pair an Xbox controller to the Quest via Bluetooth, then the Quest can (theoretically) become portable Xbox so to speak.
