The Office of Catholic Schools provides support to our school leaders, teachers and enrollment marketing professionals. Information about/resources for our areas of support can be found on our intranet, the OCS Resource Portal (“IZZY”). All employees with an archdiocesan email address have access to the portal.

The goal of the OCS team is to support our Catholic school leaders in a variety of areas - from academics and social emotional learning, to marketing and communications, to scholarships and operations.
PowerSchool is an online Student Information System used by schools of the Archdiocese of Chicago. All grade levels are on PowerSchool for student information and attendance, and the grade book component is used by grades 1-8. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to regularly log into PowerSchool to view their student’s progress.
