7 lip 2015 · If you were notified of your divorce by certified mail, and there's something in it you don't agree with, you must file a written response with the court immediately. If you were notified by publication in a newspaper , you should get a copy of the petition from your spouse, your spouse's attorney, or the clerk of the court.
If not, you may use the state’s Online Court Assistance Program (OCAP) to prepare the divorce petition and related documents; there is a $20 fee for using this service. Completed forms must be notarized by a notary public before they can be filed.
