There is a way to get OBSE to launch properly from what I found. Find launcher_settings.cfg (in the content folder) and open it with notepad. Then you just change the Binary Path line to BinaryPath=obse_loader.exe

5 kwi 2010 · What happens is that it seems that OBSE won't load oblivion.exe anymore; even if i reinstalled OBSE or tried another version. If i get ingame, i see throught everything, and there's no visible options on starting screen, or it just crashes.
12 gru 2016 · Every time I try to play it I get the message appearing that Oblivion cannot detect OBSE. I downloaded the latest version of OBSE and dragged the files into my Oblivion folder in Steam\SteamApps\common\Oblivion but still nothing.
3 lip 2015 · What is it that you're seeing or not seeing? We can check a couple quick things: In your Oblivion directory is there an obse text file? It's a log file. If it's there what does it say? Also, if you launch and make a save and exit, are there two saves for that slot in your save game directory: an ess file and an obse co-save file?
19 cze 2020 · You should also be able to click shift + tab to know if it worked. Go in game and the Obse tester mod (install this from nexus) should give you a notification saying to wait for 15 seconds or so. If it tells you, you installed Obse version whatever correctly then good for you.
