There is a way to get OBSE to launch properly from what I found. Find launcher_settings.cfg (in the content folder) and open it with notepad. Then you just change the Binary Path line to BinaryPath=obse_loader.exe

5 kwi 2010 · What happens is that it seems that OBSE won't load oblivion.exe anymore; even if i reinstalled OBSE or tried another version. If i get ingame, i see throught everything, and there's no visible options on starting screen, or it just crashes.

You probably have the default loader. GOG requires a different executable, you can find it next to "USE THIS WITH THE GOG VERSION" on the OBSE page. If you're using a mod manager like Mod Organizer 2, it's also possible OBSE is ignored by the launching options.
