There is a way to get OBSE to launch properly from what I found. Find launcher_settings.cfg (in the content folder) and open it with notepad. Then you just change the Binary Path line to BinaryPath=obse_loader.exe
5 kwi 2010 · What happens is that it seems that OBSE won't load oblivion.exe anymore; even if i reinstalled OBSE or tried another version. If i get ingame, i see throught everything, and there's no visible options on starting screen, or it just crashes.
12 gru 2016 · Every time I try to play it I get the message appearing that Oblivion cannot detect OBSE. I downloaded the latest version of OBSE and dragged the files into my Oblivion folder in Steam\SteamApps\common\Oblivion but still nothing.
22 lip 2018 · I've tried launching the game through my mod organizer, through my desktop, and directly through steam. I just cannot get OBSE to run. If I luanch through steam no mods load. If I launch through the orgnizer my mods load, but OBSE doesn't and my tester fails.
Reinstall Obse again just to be safe. Now check to see if you have steam overlay enabled in steam. Also try making steam administrator. Launch Oblivion Launcher then go to task manager -> oblivion.exe -> properties -> compatibility -> check the box "run as administrator" -> click apply then ok.
14 paź 2018 · SOLVED. When I try to launch the game in steam, it will go to the launcher, but afterwards it does not launch oblivion itself. When I rename Oblivion.exe to OblivionLauncher.exe, the game will normally launch, but not with OBSE.
