20 lip 2017 · Whenever I launch obmm I get a fatal error that reads: "An unhandled exception occurred. Extra information should have been saved to 'obmm_crashdump.txt' in oblivion's base directory.
I'm trying to download Oblivion mod manager from nexus, I have oblivion on steam, and I'm running windows 10. I thought I followed the set up correctly, but when I run it, I get error code 0x8007007e from windows. I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

Make sure that OBMM is placed in your Steam Oblivion folder (steamapps/common/oblivion), also make sure that the mod you wish to activate through OBMM is placed in the correct OBMM folder (obmm/mods). If the problem still exists, perhaps you can specify which mod is giving you problems.
16 mar 2016 · If the mod file is NMM-ready or in .obmm format, then use a mod manager. Manual installs tend to lead to these kind of problems. As Dadelus mentioned, it'd be helpful if you could post the mods/load order you're using.
7 lis 2021 · I downloaded OBMM and when trying to run it I only ever get Windows couldn't complete the requested changes error code 0x8007007E. I also downloaded TES mod manager. It recognized the files and was really easy to get them loaded and activated as omods.
This is a utility for managing plugins, and also for packing them for distribution. It can be used either as an enhanced version of the oblivion launcher's data files selector, or as a more advanced mod manager when mods are specially packed into omod files.
