There is a default .ini file in Oblivion root directory: "Oblivion_default.ini". On a Windows machine when the user first starts a game, this file is copied into the user's newly created "My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\" directory as "Oblivion.ini", which is then used for that user.

7 gru 2010 · Dynamic Map removes the need of any map dimension esp file if you use a map with non-standard dimensions (like the Stirk addition), since it reads the dimension data from the ini file and sets them accordingly through script. It also adds zoom to the worldmap, through 3 keys or zoom buttons.
On my PC, where my Oblivion is in a Steam Library on the F: drive, the path to where my Map Marker Overhaul.ini file is located looks like this: F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion\Data\Ini. (There's also a Map Marker Overhaul - Markers.ini file, which you can probably ignore.)
Click on undiscovered (light icon) places to mark them as discovered (dark icon). Hover over a location to see its name. You can use the mouse wheel to zoom in/out, and click to drag the map around while viewing it. Oblivion Gates can be discovered, but also need to be closed.
7 wrz 2017 · The .ini file is located in ../Documents/My Games/Oblivion and should've been automatically generated when you first launched the game. Check to see if there's a 'Configuration setting' file type. That's the one you need to change.

6 lis 2018 · Your Oblivion.ini file is found in your My Games folder, not your Oblivion folder. The Oblivion_default.ini file doesn't actually do anything and is there as a reference for ini tweakers. When you launch Oblivion or the Oblivion launcher, it generates a new ini file if it doesn't detect it.
