I just bought oblivion on Steam and while I can get the launcher to open, the game itself will not load. When i click play, the launcher just closes and then nothing happens. Here's what I've tried so far: Running in compatibility mode. Running in windowed mode.

10 lis 2023 · Locate your Oblivion Documents folder. Turn the cloud off for Oblivion. 1 - Remove or delete the Saves folder. 2 - Delete the Blendstings, Oblivion and Renderinfo files. (The saves folder and data files are all contained in the Oblivion Documents folder. Oblivion will create new files the first time you load your game.)
28 sty 2022 · If you moved the game install, make sure you also recovered your my documents/my games/Oblivion folder and moved it to your new set up, the game will CTD on launch without this, had this issue when doing a fresh install and transfering over my modded game a few years back.
20 mar 2023 · win 11 comes with libraries to run win 11 - and NOT to run all old games/apps. go to the game folder then directx folder. run dxsetup with admin permission if you do not have it installed.

Oblivion not running Windows 11. Bug Help. Hello there, I'm sure this is not the first post about Oblivion crashing or unable to run on Win11. I have spent hours searching over different forums and none of them worked. I have oblivion GOTY edition and I went over the store page and I found this:
7 maj 2008 · Yeah, it just says "No saved games to display". I checked in the My Documents/Games/Oblivion/Saves folder to see if my save file was there, and it is. It's just not showing up ingame. Any help? Thanks.
