I wanted to try bevilex's modlist guide for oblivion. I have a fresh download of the steam version of oblivion installed on an SSD under "X:\Steam\steamapps\common". I installed Wrye Bash, so now I have the "Mopy" folder in the oblivion folder, "X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion".
Did you run the game before installing Wrye Bash? Registry entries are only set once you run the game. If that doesn't work, can just download the wrye bash version called "standalone excetutable" and put the whole "Mopy" folder inside into the Oblivion folder (NOT data) and see if that works.
11 sty 2015 · 1) You have to download the "Wrye Bash Standalone Executable" and NOT the installer. 2) Unpack it and move the "Mopy" -folder manually to the Oblivion main folder (where the "Oblivion.exe" file is located)
2 kwi 2017 · You can move actual Oblivion folder out from program files. Then Makelink /d Oblivion "<your new location path>" I usually use this symbolic link to switch my Oblivion folders.
3 sie 2016 · If you have access to the code, the data on the disc, make a folder somewhere on the hard drive and copy all the files. try and see if the game will install from there. The disc has DRM on it and windows 10 will not allow that to run.
20 lip 2016 · If it is the case, try to install in your Document folder. In general, always use Wrye Bash to install mods. If Wrye Bash does not recognize the format, unpack the mod, install manually in a empty directory, compress it, and use Wrye Bash to install it.
20 lis 2018 · The simplest way is to delete the Oblivion folder completely. The new install will re create the folder for you. This is especially important if you are installing to a new location on Vista and Win7. This will also remove all of the helper programs you have in the Oblivion folder. Such as OBMM, OBSE and some others.
