Hero. @tlplotke If you've launched Sims 4, the user folder has to be somewhere on your computer. Here's how to find it: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/. View in thread. ——————————————————————————————————————————. I don't work ...
After the most recent update, my cc/mods have not been reading in-game. I checked the box that says enable mods after updating, all my cc is in my mods folder with the resource.cfg file and there are no subfolders.
There was probably an error when saving these old folders. You can repeat this operation if you still have an old computer to check if the error has disappeared. You can also send to the Gallery all the contents of your old Tray folder and then download it from your catalog.
A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
A frequent reason why your Sims 4 saves may refuse to load in-game is that they’ve ended up in the wrong folder. Open a File Explorer window, hit up This PC in the left panel, and type Slot_ into the search box.
if your mods do show up, they're in the right subfolder. make sure the main path is the same for the saves (by default documents / electronic arts / the sims 4). if you still don't see them, try creating a new save so you get the 'load game' button on the main menu. then go there, see if your other saves show up as thumbnails.
You can try to repair your game through origin (right click on the sims 4 and press ‘repair’) Next you could move your mods folder to your desktop and start your game. This will create a new mods folder with the resource.cfg file in it.
