26 mar 2022 · Whenever I run obse however, it gives me the error message "obse couldnt not find oblivion.exe, please use obse in the same folder as oblivion.exe", but they are absolutely in the same folder already. I've used the script extender for Fallout 3 and New Vegas and they have worked just fine so far since the fist try. Can anybody help out here?
10 kwi 2011 · Open a command prompt window, navigate to your oblivion install folder, and type "obse_loader -editor". The normal editor can open plugins with these extended scripts fine, it just can't recompile them and will give errors if you try. WARNING: It's unadvised to install Oblivion to Program Files
8 paź 2019 · OBSE not working. I've been scouring the internet for any information on how to get the Oblivion Script Extender working. In short, Oblivion has not been able to detect OBSE repeatedly. I've now installed and uninstalled Oblivion and OBSE about four times in the last week or so.
I am trying to install various mods but almost all require OBSE and when I try to run obse it just says it cannot find oblivion.exe when it's definitely in the same folder... i have tried multiple versions of obse.
Select Oblivion.exe, check ‘force load libraries’. Click configure libraries. In row 1, set column 1 to Oblivion.exe and column 2 to obse_your_version.dll. Those files should be located in your main directory. Save & apply. Run the game through MO2 using Oblivion.exe, not the OBSE loader. 1.
15 sty 2021 · Try the new xOBSE. To start Oblivion with OBSE, you must make a new shortcut, not start the game with Oblivion.exe nor the OblivionLauncher.exe. If Steam starts the game with the shortcut: "Launch The Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion" you can edit it: "X:\xxxxxxxx\Oblivion\obse_loader.exe".
