13 paź 2018 · You can! Just copy the old SAVES folder to the new My Games\Oblivion folder (and be aware that you may have to resolve conflicts with savegames which are already present in the new SAVES folder, if old and new savegames have the same name).
7 mar 2020 · I've been trying for hours to play oblivion. i downloaded yesterday and started up the game. i tried creating a save file so the oblivion documents folder was created to mod the game. the folder was not created. i then spent the next 6 hours scouring the internet to find a solution.
A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
Whenever troubleshooting crashes, try regenerating a fresh Oblivion.ini. Reinstalling Oblivion will not overwrite an existing Oblivion.ini, so clear it out along with the My Games\Oblivion folder for a clean sweep.
2 lut 2022 · I am trying to install various mods but almost all require OBSE and when I try to run obse it just says it cannot find oblivion.exe when it's definitely in the same folder... i have tried multiple versions of obse.
22 gru 2010 · If the game has already been removed, try creating a dummy folder - C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion - put a dummy file named Oblivion.exe in it ( rename any garbage file to Oblivion.exe and place it there) - Then run the uninstall - this will clear most of the stuff left behind.
25 sty 2013 · Right-Click Oblivion in your steam list, select properties, go to local files tab. Press verify integrity of game cache. Wait till this has run through and downloaded the missing files. Use this if not even the launcher appears or if you get "game not available" messages. Restart Steam.
