Data. obse_1_2_416.dll. obse_editor_1_2.dll. obse_steam_loader.dll. The obse_loader application is for the retail version. Make sure the Steam Community is enabled, then launch the game normally through Steam.
26 mar 2022 · 1.Running OBSE with shortcut - in shortcut there can be directory mismatch. 2.Some security issue - for some reason access to Oblivion.exe was refused. Maybe reinstall to different directory than "Program Files" will help?
I have copied the 3 .dll files to the installation folder and the OBSE folder to the Data folder with the .ini file inside it. I have Steam overlay active and running properly on the game. I have tried launching both the Oblivion.exe file independently and from within my Steam library.
13 sie 2012 · It doesn't put your saves in Program Files, so you only need to run Nexus Mod Manager with Admin rights. If you have mods that try to write to that folder, then there could be problems, but running Oblivion in Admin mode should take care of that.

30 sty 2022 · Make sure your folder options are set with Hide extensions for known file types disabled. Locate the file: On Windows 7 64-bit systems, this file is found at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\gameux.dll.
CTD on Startup usually indicates a missing master or a bad Oblivion.ini setting. Whenever troubleshooting crashes, try regenerating a fresh Oblivion.ini. Reinstalling Oblivion will not overwrite an existing Oblivion.ini, so clear it out along with the My Games\Oblivion folder for a clean sweep.
