If you've played the game then you have an ini file, it won't run without one. You may not be recognizing it because Windows hides the file extension by default. In your Documents/My Games/Oblivion folder you would see a text file called Oblivion instead of Oblivion.ini.

A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
24 mar 2019 · The easy way: Press ctrl+shift+t as many times as required to re-open all previously opened tabs. The slightly more complicated way: Access your browser's history by pressing ctrl+h and select the old tabs which you wish to re-open. Note that neither method will work for incognito tabs and windows. This is by design.

Oblivion - Greyed out options or missing Play button in the launcher. This issue is caused by a missing registry key. Opening the GOG GALAXY application and using the Verify / Repair function from the Customize button (on the right of the play button) > Manage installation > Repair should fix it.
