7 mar 2020 · You might have to add Oblivion.exe to whatever whiletlisting mechanism is required so it can modify your My Documents folder.
Open OneDrive settings (select the OneDrive cloud icon in your notification area, and then select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then Settings.) Go to the Account tab. Select Choose folders. In the Sync your OneDrive files to this PC dialog box, uncheck any folders you don't want to sync to your computer and select OK.

There's a fresh backup available here; try to place it in Documents/my games/Oblivion and check if it helps.
Your saved games are located in your C:\\My Documents\\My Games\\Oblivion directory.
CTD on Startup usually indicates a missing master or a bad Oblivion.ini setting. Whenever troubleshooting crashes, try regenerating a fresh Oblivion.ini. Reinstalling Oblivion will not overwrite an existing Oblivion.ini, so clear it out along with the My Games\Oblivion folder for a clean sweep.
