13 mar 2019 · Go into your steam library, right click oblivion and go to properties. Then Verify Integrity of Files. It should re-install it. If not, re-install Oblivion all together
Steam only installs to the directory that will be revealed. There will be a folder in Documents (mine are in Documents/My Games) with save data, and maybe some other stuff, but that isn't the install directory.

Open your steam client > settings > downloads > steam library folders > add library folder > navigate to a different drive, or place outside of Program Files > create a new folder > hit select > right click the new library folder and make it your default folder.
11 sty 2015 · Assuming you are using Steam purchased Oblivion, once installed, you'll find it in your Oblivion folder under Mopy. Open it and there is a tab in the top left corner that says "installers." Click on that and click in the area where you see a reddish/pinkish square.

This will create the directory for the game. 2) close steam. 3) Copy the disc installed folder into the steam install. This will be something like /Steam/steamapps/common/oblivion/ 4) Inside the steam directory is a ClientRegistry.blob file.
24 wrz 2022 · I just bought oblivion on Steam and while I can get the launcher to open, the game itself will not load. When i click play, the launcher just closes and then nothing happens. Here's what I've tried so far: Running in compatibility mode. Running in windowed mode.
