8 lip 2023 · To download your Saved Games from Steam Cloud, open https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage in your browser and sign into your account. Search for the game you want, then download your saves
Knowing this i checked my save file path directory in the oblivion.ini and it is in the appropriate path that i will show below: C:\Users\Markz\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves. I can see all my saves here, including my most recent one. For some reason a save named "steam_autocloud vdf" is also here.
Steam should've definitely prompted you to decide which save to use but if this has happened before, I would've probably backed up the saves on the desktop before opening Steam. Also, if the local save is still in the Steam folder, you could start Steam in offline mode and delete the cloud save, then it should load the local save.
It's recommended to check your OneDrive folders and settings to ensure you're logged in and your save files are present on your machine, and/or that your Steam Cloud Saves are functioning correctly. One or both issues may result in "missing" our outdated saves until one or both backup methods are resolved.

25 paź 2022 · You can download just your save files without re-downloading the entire game. To find your save files, visit Valve's View Steam Cloud page in your web browser and sign in with your Steam account. You'll see a list of games using your Steam Cloud storage.
17 lip 2017 · I have the Oblivion Game of the Year bought from Steam, and have been playing with the Frostcrag Spire DLC. I bought all the upgrades, but now it has disappeared from my map entirely. It is still showing that I have the files, and I checked the integrity of the files from Steam.
