7 mar 2020 · I've been trying for hours to play oblivion. i downloaded yesterday and started up the game. i tried creating a save file so the oblivion documents folder was created to mod the game. the folder was not created. i then spent the next 6 hours scouring the internet to find a solution.
28 cze 2024 · By default, Oblivion is limited to about 1.8GB of RAM address space, and once it reaches that limit, you can expect a crash to desktop (CTD). However, there's now a way to increase this limit to 3.5GB using the LAA Patch, also known as the 4GB Patch (LAA stands for Large Address Aware).
3 cze 2020 · I've spent close to 48-56 hours scouring the internet for some posts regarding detection issues between Oblivion Script Extender and MenuQue. The main mod page says to put it in the Oblivion folder, so I assume that meant where the executable is.
A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
25 sty 2013 · Right-Click Oblivion in your steam list, select properties, go to local files tab. Press verify integrity of game cache. Wait till this has run through and downloaded the missing files. Use this if not even the launcher appears or if you get "game not available" messages. Restart Steam.
11 sty 2021 · Tl;dr all you need to do is see ShaderPackage number in Rendererinfo and then switch that ShaderPackagefile with shaderpackage19 in the Data/Shaders folder. This will work for HDR only, if you revert to Bloom or None, you have to switch them again.
