7 mar 2020 · I've been trying for hours to play oblivion. i downloaded yesterday and started up the game. i tried creating a save file so the oblivion documents folder was created to mod the game. the folder was not created. i then spent the next 6 hours scouring the internet to find a solution.

when I go into the launcher and press play, I get an error from the oblivion launcher that says "The Oblivion Launcher could not find the Oblivion game executable. Please reinstall Oblivion". this happens whether I click the shortcut or the launcher itself in the oblivion folder in the file explorer
28 cze 2024 · If you are using MO2, your Oblivion.ini is stored inside your game instance folder, not in your Documents folder, and can be accessed here: I might add more recommended ini settings to this section later.

7 wrz 2017 · Typically the oblivion.ini gets automatically installed outside Program Files to your Documents folder. Check Documents/Games (or MyGames)/Oblivion. You must run the game once to generate the ini, and the location of the ini is in my documents/my games/oblivion.
