A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
7 mar 2020 · I've been trying for hours to play oblivion. i downloaded yesterday and started up the game. i tried creating a save file so the oblivion documents folder was created to mod the game. the folder was not created. i then spent the next 6 hours scouring the internet to find a solution.

You must change this line to reflect the full path where your current saves are located: SLocalSavePath=C:\XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion(PC)\Content\Oblivion GOTY English\Saves.
Your saved games are located in your C:\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion directory.
7 maj 2008 · Some save game manager creates folder like: \Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\(Whatever)\Your Save Profile Name.
19 wrz 2023 · When I checked the My Games/Oblivion/ Saves all the save files are there. I need help with this because I dont want to start a new game. I tried deleting my Oblivion profile from Vortex and readding it but its still not showing the save file in the game itself
