When I wish to enter Optins from the launcher, I receive information that the Oblivion.ini file is missing. AFAIK it should be created at the moment when I launch the game. But for some reason I can't find it anywhere.
7 mar 2020 · I've been trying for hours to play oblivion. i downloaded yesterday and started up the game. i tried creating a save file so the oblivion documents folder was created to mod the game. the folder was not created. i then spent the next 6 hours scouring the internet to find a solution.

There is a way to get OBSE to launch properly from what I found. Find launcher_settings.cfg (in the content folder) and open it with notepad. Then you just change the Binary Path line to BinaryPath=obse_loader.exe
A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
17 maj 2022 · According to the generated OBSE log file, I am getting a message that says " Oblivion Reloaded failed...unable to load, missing dependent .dll file (s). This, despite the fact that the correct Oblivion Reloaded .dll file is indeed present in the Plugins folder of OBSE.
