The file is not available anymore due to either being archived, under moderation, or deleted. To check, you need to retrieve the following data, (NexusDownloader+State|game|mod_id|file_id) and construct the download url from that, like so; https://www.nexusmods.com/<game>/mods/<mod_id>?tab=files&file_id=<file_id>.
I am trying to install various mods but almost all require OBSE and when I try to run obse it just says it cannot find oblivion.exe when it's definitely in the same folder... i have tried multiple versions of obse.

21 lis 2016 · I usually create a folder called Games under Local Disc C and install Steam into that Games folder. Then all other Steam games are installed there too. If you have too many games installed to re-install Steam, one option is to drag the common folder onto your desktop and then re-install Steam.
Make sure you've copied the OBSE files to your oblivion folder. That folder should also contain oblivion.exe. Check the file obse_loader.log in your oblivion folder for errors.
