When I begin to download a chosen modlist, Wabbajack will tell me that it can't find my game's installation location, and will just fail. There's no prompt to select the installation folder. Wabbajack doesn't even actually install the mods for the game itself; it only downloads them.
At the very end will be a list of web links for files that failed to download. You can download these manually and relocate them to your modlist's downloads folder. It is important to delete incomplete versions of the failed files from this folder before the attempt.
2 sie 2014 · I've recently uninstalled and I want to reinstall the game outside of program files but steam does not allow me to place it in another folder or perhaps I am just missing the browse button. All that comes up is a location in my program files and my external hardrive.
First, if you haven't already, simply close Wabbajack and retry the install. It keeps all your progress and will try to get the files it failed to download before. This usually fixes those errors.
