21 wrz 2013 · I've had the same issue trying Oblivion today after a long time: light blue screen but visible hud in game. It's a wrong shader issue. Here is how to solve it: open "...\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\RendererInfo.txt" and annotate "Shader Package: <n>".

12 sty 2018 · Settings have gone (they were there when I started writing this post), re-entering them in Launcher - Options ok, click "Play", launcher window disappears, reappears, click "Play" again, Oblivion starts as if nothing had happened.
Deleting the My Games/Oblivion folder. Deleting the Users/[user]/AppData/Local/Oblivion folder. Removing the Video files from the game. Reinstalling audio codecs.
It didn't crash after the Bethesda logo, the background on the menu wasn't laggy, and everything seemed fine. However, after the intro video was over, the entire video (except for the UI) was a dark blue. Like I said in the title, I'm running Windows 10. Any helpful tips?
11 sty 2021 · Tl;dr all you need to do is see ShaderPackage number in Rendererinfo and then switch that ShaderPackagefile with shaderpackage19 in the Data/Shaders folder. This will work for HDR only, if you revert to Bloom or None, you have to switch them again.
