22 lip 2019 · As stated you might be missing some .dll files. To find out which ones use https://github.com/lucasg/Dependencies and open Oblivion.exe with it. It will tell you which .dll files you are missing and/or not working.
26 mar 2022 · 1.Running OBSE with shortcut - in shortcut there can be directory mismatch. 2.Some security issue - for some reason access to Oblivion.exe was refused. Maybe reinstall to different directory than "Program Files" will help?
I have copied the 3 .dll files to the installation folder and the OBSE folder to the Data folder with the .ini file inside it. I have Steam overlay active and running properly on the game. I have tried launching both the Oblivion.exe file independently and from within my Steam library.
25 gru 2019 · I installed it in my oblivion folder, I even unzipped it to the folder, and clicked it and I get a window, one black and one white, that says- couldn't find obse dll(c;\gog games\oblivion\obse_1_2_416.dll). please make sure you have installed odse correctly and are running it from your oblivion folder.
A solution someone said worked was to disable OneDrive sync for oblivion and to make sure your saves are in the default save location, [C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves], and make sure the .ini reflects that.
24 cze 2016 · When it doesn't, the thing it's most likely to do is lose track of files - meshes, for instance. Use OBMM or Wrye Bash instead. They're both made specifically to work with Oblivion and they do work with Oblivion, all the time and with no problems (other than user error). Reply.
13 wrz 2018 · Oblivion crashes immediately on startup when trying to launch, error message stated “Oblivion has stopped working” show without specific error code. Solution 1: Delete Oblivion Folder in My Games folder
