29 maj 2021 · As a result, I am unable to open or access the Oblivion folder (even as administrator). I would just change the permissions back on the file, but even that is unavailable to me. Has anyone else run into this?
7 mar 2020 · You might have to add Oblivion.exe to whatever whiletlisting mechanism is required so it can modify your My Documents folder. I have already whitelisted oblivion and oblivion launcher as well as steam
Whenever troubleshooting crashes, try regenerating a fresh Oblivion.ini. Reinstalling Oblivion will not overwrite an existing Oblivion.ini, so clear it out along with the My Games\Oblivion folder for a clean sweep.
2 lut 2022 · I am trying to install various mods but almost all require OBSE and when I try to run obse it just says it cannot find oblivion.exe when it's definitely in the same folder... i have tried multiple versions of obse.
Solution: You can try to give OBMM the necessary rights by right-clicking on OblivionModManager.exe in the Oblivion folder and using the Run as administrator option. Solution: It is possible to only disabled UAC protection on the folder in which Oblivion is installed.
Solution: It is possible to only disabled UAC protection on the folder in which Oblivion is installed. Since Oblivion and other mods modify Documents/My Games , you may need to disable protection on that folder as well.
17 lip 2023 · try deleting the Oblivion folder in the Path documents/my games/oblivion that tends to fix CTD issues.
