7 wrz 2017 · I've run the game multiple times, changed the graphics settings, and is all working normally, but it still does not appear in the folder. There is the oblivion_default.ini, but I don't want to mess with that. I have verifired the local files through steam.
I have ~10 years old GOTY edition of Oblivion. It installed without any issues - both main game and expansions. The game runs for me, but I can't change any graphics settings. When I wish to enter Optins from the launcher, I receive information that the Oblivion.ini file is missing.

Your oblivion_default.ini is not the one you're looking for. Typically the oblivion.ini gets automatically installed outside Program Files to your Documents folder. Check Documents/Games(or MyGames)/Oblivion
17 maj 2022 · I have installed under WIN 10 system both the Nvapi.dll and D3dx9_43.dll files which were not present. DEP is currently set to ONLY WINDOWS and system files. I have already tried OBSE 21.0 which didn't help.
There is a way to get OBSE to launch properly from what I found. Find launcher_settings.cfg (in the content folder) and open it with notepad. Then you just change the Binary Path line to BinaryPath=obse_loader.exe
