Finally I've seemed to fix it. I found this this article which said to check your crash reports. Go this location : Local Disk (C:) > Users > My Username > AppData > Local > Activision > Call Of Duty > crash_reports. Open the crash_reports folder, and find dxdiag_oncrash.txt.
