At the very end will be a list of web links for files that failed to download. You can download these manually and relocate them to your modlist's downloads folder. It is important to delete incomplete versions of the failed files from this folder before the attempt.
I keep trying to download modlists for Oblivion and Skyrim (Heartland and MOISE respectfully) but I keep running into an issue that caused the installation to fail. I keep getting an error message that reads. “Encountered error, can’t continue - was unable to download one or more archives File hash check (-42) “.
At the moment of writing this, the Wabbajack client is giving that message when I try to download any modlist - nothing to do with Nexus since it never has a chance to even start downloading the mods (nor have I downloaded anything off of nexusmods in the last 24hrs).

12 maj 2020 · If you manage to find the correct files you can put them in your downloads folder and it should work, the failed mods are listed but you're going to have trouble finding them if Wabberjack can't. Using the newer version could break things and people would complain.
