29 cze 2011 · I am using Oblivion Mod Manager, and have been experimenting with a few mods (Gore mods and weapons/armor mostly) and when I load and activate them, it goes fine, but when I start up oblivion, in data files the mods don't even appear. and yes, my manager is in the direct area of Oblivion.
10 lip 2022 · Just re-downloaded oblivion and every time I try and start the game it doesn't get to the launch menu. I tried going into the game files to start it but I can't get past the launcher. Any help would be appreciated.
when I launch Oblivion in Steam, after a few seconds the launcher shows up and all the options are available, but when I press Play it says “The Oblivion Launcher could not find the Oblivion game executable. Please reinstall Oblivion.” To be clear, they are in the same folder: …/steamapps/common/Oblivion.
16 lip 2019 · I have no idea then, the best thing you can do is uninstall oblivion, uninstall the mod manager, delete the game folders both in C and in your document folder, and start over with a fresh install and wrye bash+boss to sort the load order.
The most likely reason for your crash is that you didn't install the OBSE in the correct place. The downloaded obse_0021.zip file should be uncompressed into the "\Oblivion" root folder. Make sure "obse_steam_loader.dll" and "obse_1_2_416.dll" are in the root Oblivion fodler (the same place as Oblivion.exe).
18 lip 2016 · Shows a message box when the game CTDs on startup because of a missing master file. The message tells you the name of the plugin that caused the CTD and the master file that is missing.
27 lip 2021 · Have you been able to locate the ini file in User > My Documents > My Games > Oblivion (Configuration Settings) ? If so, then try re-naming it or move it to another location so a fresh file will be created upon launch.
