16 lip 2019 · Then delete everything game related manually: the Oblivion folder in Documents and the Oblivion folder inside Steam\steamapps\common. Reboot your PC. Install the game again.
Deleting the My Games/Oblivion folder. Deleting the Users/[user]/AppData/Local/Oblivion folder. Removing the Video files from the game. Reinstalling audio codecs.
Crashing during/after the Bethesda logo usually means a missing master file. I'd check that you have all your mods' required dependencies installed. Otherwise, check that you don't have any overwriting menu files, fonts, anything; which can sometimes causes issues.
Immediate crashing at the bethesda logo is usually a sign of missing masters or in this case, a bad load order. You'll need BOSS or LOOT to sort your mods and a mod manager like Wrye Bash or MO2 as the others suggested.
15 cze 2019 · Download the file. Go into the d3d9 folder. Copy all 4 files to your games main folder (NOT THE DATA FOLDER), and then enter the game. Go to your in-game quality settings, and turn HDR on. Leave AA off. (My INI file already has HDR on and AA off.)
31 mar 2017 · Oblivion is notorious for crashing, on all versions of Windows. It does run as well on Win10 as it has. on previous versions of Windows, but also has all the old issues, and perhaps a few new ones. I have not found a need to use any Compatibility setting though.

Games with Steam Cloud support may also store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/ <user-id> / 22330 /. Use Wine's registry editor to access any Windows registry paths. The app ID (22330) may differ in some cases.
