When the game loads, it first checks the data folder for meshes and textures and loads them, if a file for a mesh or texture is not found in the data folder, then it's default file located within a .bsa is loaded instead.
Check that you didn't make a double data folder (ie. copied to Oblivion/data/data instead of just Oblivion/data ) - Sometimes when copying it will place it into a new folder in data instead of merging into the existing data folder and then the game will not find the files.

When the verification and re-acquisition process of missing files is complete, please check the Oblivion\Data folder again. If your Oblivion\Data contains all these files, launch Oblivion.
27 mar 2016 · If you've encountered yellow exclamation marks, these signal incorrectly installed or glitched meshes, in which case you need to add the .bsa file names of the added mod to the SArchiveList of your Oblivion.ini in your My Documents/My Games/Oblivion directory.
10 mar 2023 · If you don’t have the Roblox folder under C:/Users/User/AppData/Local then you should probably install Roblox by attempting to play a game on the Roblox website. If you don’t have Roblox installed, it will allow you to get the installer from the website, and play it that way.
