I fixed it by going into the world files, deleting LEVEL.DAT (Lastest save), and renaming LEVEL.DAT_OLD (2nd latest save) to LEVEL.DAT so it will be seen as the current save and load that. But don't do this.

I then saw something odd: A ll the mods are installed within HDD\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE but the actual OBSE.ini file is located within another subfolder: HDD\Games\Oblivion\Data\Data\OBSE
29 sie 2020 · You should see a data folder, and a file called pack.mcmeta inside the .zip file. If you do not see the pack.mcmeta file, check inside the data folder by clicking on that folder to display the contents. If the pack.mcmeta is inside a folder, it means it was not packaged correctly.
27 kwi 2022 · Check that you didn't make a double data folder (ie. copied to Oblivion/data/data instead of just Oblivion/data ) - Sometimes when copying it will place it into a new folder in data instead of merging into the existing data folder and then the game will not find the files.
21 kwi 2021 · The problem is that as soon as I run Wyre Bash and select Oblivion, it prompts me to say the ini file is corrupt and says " Your Oblivion.ini should begin with a section header (e.g." [General]"), but does not. You should edit the file to correct this.
