First, if you haven't already, simply close Wabbajack and retry the install. It keeps all your progress and will try to get the files it failed to download before. This usually fixes those errors. If that doesn't work, place these archives in your downloads folder of your Heartland install: Kvatch Guard Features Devastation Redux Patch ...

I've tried moving my current Oblivion mod setup to my new Steam Deck, and I did so by copying the files from my desktop Data folder to the Data folder on my Deck's /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Oblivion directory.
27 mar 2016 · These are the .esm/.esp files that Oblivion requires to run in the first place and, when not enabled, will cause the game to crash at the menu screen. Please read through the description page on the download site where you get the mod, whether that is the Nexus or various forums.
The DLLs for all OBSE plugins are installed in Data/OBSE/plugins. Some OBSE plugins have dependencies (DLLs) in subfolders as well. Download Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) to the Oblivion folder; Extract it there. (It will add a folder containing the OBSE files.)
