There are a small number of guaranteed magic items that can be found in Oblivion. Most generic magic items (Generic Magic Apparel and Generic Magic Weapons) are only found in randomized loot.

Great places for obtaining these are Fort Istirus (34.3 scrolls on average by going through the dungeons), Fort Linchal (31.4) and Silorn (32, but has 4 zones). The same goes for reliable shops like the Mystic Emporium, Earil’s shop in Crucible (SI) and Tilse’s shop in Bliss (SI).
6 maj 2021 · Buy at least two or more of the same scroll. When you have one of another item, click the two scrolls twice, then drop the item you want to duplicate. When it drops there should be the number of items duplicated, depending on the number of identical scrolls in your possession when you clicked.
24 kwi 2013 · The item you want to duplicate could be anything you can have in your inventory. From apples to watermelons, from iron daggers to daedric warhammers, from calipers to tongs, even scrolls can be duplicated!
