Seat reservations are available in the ÖBB app, in the online ÖBB Ticketshop, at the ÖBB ticket counter or through ÖBB customer service by calling 05-1717. ÖBB Nightjet tickets automatically include a seat reservation.

17 gru 2017 · Railjet tickets are open for bookings 60 days in advance. Get the lowest prices on Railjet by booking early and don’t wait until the last minute as cheaper seats sell out quickly. Opt for off-peak Railjet trains when you have to travel at short notice.
22 lis 2024 · My Eurail app and the OBB site say that a reservation is required for this trip. When I go to the OBB website (and on their app), the train trip says "Ticket Not Available". There's nothing about this in the FAQs. I've emailed them and messaged them on Twitter, but I'm not sure if I'll get an answer in English.
